Every figure re-metered from eight operating manuals in one night, and two dimensions re-graded

What was wrong before this entry: the site's figures were metered on 3 September, and by the night of the 5th several manuals had been re-sealed — one system's test total had been re-counted across seven runners, another had installed a post-quantum TLS downgrade rejection on its gateway, a third had added a composite signature and a signed tree head. A site that claims its numbers are counted from the repositories cannot lag the repositories by two days without saying so. The operator's order was to re-read every manual and add the totals as a whole.

Every figure was re-derived from the manual's own lifetime ledger row and, where a repository was reachable, from a read-only commit count. The unit of a red-team figure is a named exercise — a wave, a battery, a campaign, a cell — never a check count, so a manual reporting two hundred and ten checks inside twenty waves contributes twenty. Where a manual's figure was lower than the site's published one, the no-downgrade law applied: the figure was carried at the published value and the case was written into a register with both numbers and the tree-wide investigation performed. Two such cases are open — a test total and an attack ledger — and the site names them rather than resolving them on its own authority.

The assessment was re-derived against the same criteria file as every pass before it. Two dimensions moved. Systems Architecture cleared its Strong row in full because the artefacts the row asks for now exist: eight manuals written for a stranger with re-runnable verify pathways, decision ledgers that strike and never delete, and cross-system design in use. Workflow and Orchestration cleared its Strong row because deploy automation now covers every shipped repository and small batches were measured rather than assumed — the median commit across the repositories is between eighty-nine and two hundred and fourteen changed lines, an instrument the earlier passes had named as absent and never run. No system grade moved: the caps are pre-revenue status, three releases pending, no continuous integration on this site, and no third-party review, and none of those changed.
