Post-quantum verified across four systems, and the seven-platform numbers re-derived
The sovereign siblings were the last post-quantum gap. Their operating manual had, at v1.0.111, armed ML-DSA-65 sign/verify and ML-KEM-768 session sealing, runtime-proven at the bytes — but the site still said post-quantum protection was not claimed there. That is now corrected, and the siblings join Tartarus Cloud, Meridian North and Guardian-ARM as a four-system verified post-quantum platform.
The same re-read corrected the census. Guardian-ARM is 288 tests and a 1,100/1,100 head-to-head shutout, not the prior 346; Meridian North defends 417 attacks; Tartarus is 66 tests; Athletic Heart is 1,150. The homepage aggregate is now 1,000+ commits, 7,900+ tests, 80 red-team units and 371+ audit units across seven platforms, counted with no double-count.
The assessment moved where the criteria file clears a higher band: Security Engineering, Innovation and AI Systems Engineering lift to B+, and the sovereign siblings and Guardian-ARM lift to B+. AI-compute tokens were re-metered to 4.28B+ for May–August.
